Q&A w/ Austin St. John & Charlie Kersh Austin St. John is an American EMT and former actor and martial artist. He is best known for his role as Jason Lee Scott, the original Red Ranger and first leader of the Power Rangers on the television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Actor, singer, dancer, and martial artist, Charlie Kersh is a 3rd-degree black belt and two-time Xtreme Martial Arts World Champion. She performed in over 200 shows of Broadway’s Matilda the Musical and appeared on Happyish, SNL, and The Daily Show. At 15, she became the new Yellow Ranger, Minh, in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always, winning over fans in the franchise’s 30th anniversary special.

She is a two-time Xtreme Martial Arts World Champion, a 3rd degree black belt, and was hand-picked by director David Leitch for his 87 North Action Team. Charlie’s performed in Broadway’s production of “Matilda the Musical” for over 200 shows. She’s also appeared on Showtime’s “Happyish” opposite Kathryn Hahn, as well as on SNL, and The Daily Show. At 15, Charlie was cast in the lead role of Minh for the Power Rangers 30th anniversary special, "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always,” becoming the new Yellow MMPR. She’s been warmly received by the Power Ranger family and fanbase since the film’s release in 2023.
