We're a science fiction and fantasy convention featuring writing/publishing based programming, science programming, an excellent collection of guests, rooms of board gaming, a charity book swap, and a slew of non-traditional activities such as the Sci-Fi Spelling Bee. San Japan XII: Sports! is happening on August 30th - September 1st, 2019, during Labor Day Weekend 2019. With over 18,500 attendees in our 11th year, San Japan is the largest fan-run anime convention in San Antonio and South Texas. We bring 3-days of Japanese anime, culture, costume, gaming events, and other fan-run events to downtown San Antonio for a fun-packed event all on the center of the majestic Riverwalk. This event will take place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio Grand Hyatt Hotel and the Marriott Riverwalk Hotel.

Anime Sekai is an Anime, Cosplay, Gaming, Comic, Japan-Culture Convention. Taking place at the Abilene Convention Center on September 20-22, 2019 in Abilene TX. Last year we had over 600 attendees join us for a fun filled weekend at Anime Sekai! We look foward to 2019 and having more fun, more events, more things to do and of course tons more anime!!!
